Septic pump-outs in Maitland

Most of central Maitland is on town sewer, but a lot of the semi-rural and acreage properties around it aren't. Blocks out towards Louth Park, Oakhampton, Mindaribba and Duckenfield often run septic tanks, AWTS or holding tanks, and we pump them out. We also service commercial tanks, farm systems and site amenities across the Maitland area.

Frequently asked questions

Isn't Maitland on sewer?
The town centre and most newer estates are connected to Hunter Water's sewer, but many acreage, rural and older properties around Maitland still run septic tanks, AWTS or holding tanks. Not sure what you've got? Send us a photo of the tank lid and we'll tell you.
How often should a septic tank be pumped out?
Most household septic tanks need a pump-out every 2–5 years, depending on the tank type, its size and how many people use it. AWTS and smaller or busier tanks can need it more often.
Do you service farms and acreage around Maitland?
Yes. Our vacuum truck handles rural access, long driveways and larger tanks. Tell us about access when you book and we'll plan around it.
